Hey there, I’m Chrissy, the heart behind Golden Hours Birth Co. and a mom who knows firsthand how wild, beautiful, and overwhelming the transition into parenthood can be. I created this space to offer the kind of nurturing, no-judgment support I wish every new parent had—because so many new parents don’t have a village during those tender early days. I jump in and take direction but also know what to do, blending holistic healing, practical newborn care, and gentle parenting guidance to help you navigate this season with less stress and more ease. Whether it’s delivering a nourishing meal, holding the baby so you can shower, or just reminding you that you’re doing an amazing job, I’m here to walk this journey with you.
